  2. Purpose: what the site must accomplish
  3. Audience: who it is for
  4. Offer: product, service, brand, project, or personal profile
  5. Tone: simple, premium, playful, sharp, corporate, luxury, etc.
  6. Primary CTA: call, book, buy, apply, subscribe, or message
  7. Host preference: Vercel, Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, VPS, or undecided

Once you give me those, I can replace the placeholders and start making this look like it belongs to you instead of a very competent shell waiting for orders.
